Unfortunately, while Dr. Chimelak did exceptional work, her office staff was horrendous. They did not provide correct quotes because I found out they did not take the time to even properly check my insurance. Thus, despite my insurance paying for a certain amount and I paying for +$600 out of pocket, they sent me a bill a few months later stating I owed an additional $140.
