James showed up to clean and repair our gas fireplace. Upon examination he found a part needed ordered. Against my better judgment I agreed to immediately reimburse for the part and also paid for the repair even though he hadn't actually done the work. Once the part was delivered he did show up to attempt the repair. Apparently he "didn't have the right wrench" and left to get a new one. Never came back. Despite repeated attempts to contact him the work remains unfinished and I am out the money I paid him.
Blew me off 3 times. 3 no shows in a row and one time they literally just unilaterally rescheduled me to a random time date 2 weeks later. No idea how these guys are in business. No explanation ever. Buyer beware

Jay-jay came out to diagnose and repair issue with gas fireplace. He called to see if he could come early which I appreciate and he was able to. He then came out and diagnosed and fix the problem quickly. Had a good experience will use again.
