If I could give this place a no stars believe me I would !!!! These people are full of it !!! I have $2,500 down for a vehicle I thought was going to be done since a month ago !! Bought car took 3hrs to take out lot. Drove 20min to work and motor mount broke i called valencia and explained what happened. Nobody helped me got no call back. I had to leave car stranded. 2 days later they call back. Takes them 2 weeks to fix mount. Never fixed ac or other problems they asked me about. Never puchase a car from here when i first got my car it had engine light on which i made them fix had all 4 tire were bad brakes were bad rotors and missing my lisence plate bracket which was never replace christian always lied to me to call next week this and that i kept calling he will ignore my calls and textes dont buy a car there i really dont recommend it cars no good condition and very unproffessional services very skectchy
The absolute WORST car dealership in the city if not the entire state. I purchased a car that had obvious issues with it, thinking I could just make it a project car. I don't get more than 100, maybe 200 yards away from the lot, the right front brakes fall apart. Apparently when they put on new (cheap crap Autozone pads) their "mechanic" didn't bother to tighten the bolts down. I had to pay to get it towed to my shop to get fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM CHIMAX, THEY SELL JUNK!!!!!! Chimax promises they will fix items with car but if you leave with the car the items will not ever get fixed. The way they write the contract it is un clear how they apply your down payment. Bottom line with Chrstian he rips you off at any chance he can get! Your interest rate is already high because he sells without running credit but be also sales the car at an outrageous rate.
