I was looking forward to scheduling an appointment here based on the positive feedback about the doctor, but the front desk experience was incredibly disappointing. The person who answered the phone sounded entirely unprofessional and childlike. There was no professional greeting or business name stated, and it felt like she was answering her own personal cell phone rather than a medical clinic. HORRIBLE Chima Asikaiwe never showed up for my mother in law’s new patient appointment! Chima Asikaiwe has NO CONSIDERATION FOR HIS PATIENTS! Her appointment was at 10:00am. We arrived at 9:30am. At 10:20am I asked the front desk how much longer and she said that he had not arrived yet. I asked her to call him to find out, because I had taken the morning off from my work for this appointment and had to go back to work at 1:00pm.
