Well we had someone come out inspect our chimney we gave them money for the inspection for a down payment for them to come back out to clean it. They also said they would call back at the beginning of 2021 buts it’s been 5 weeks and they never called back to make an appointment

I've called several times asking for a return call. The message states it may take 24 hours to return a call. I've called several times in the past 2 weeks and I can't even get a return call.

The guys at Chim-Safe were just at my home and cleaned my fireplace & chimney and left the space nice and clean. They also showed me photos of the chimney and suggested what should be done to keep the chimney in good condition. I will definitely recommend them and will call them for future cleaning and maintenance. Thanks guys!
We had two fireplaces (with gas logs) inspected and one of them needed cleaned. It was not in bad condition and was not a fire hazard, but it was their recommendation that it be cleaned. I appreciated their honesty and integrity. We would use Chim-Safe Chimney Service again.
Very knowledgeable, great help to determine why chimney wasn't drawing properly. on time, courteous, cleaned up after cleaning. My third time to use them, same experience each time. Highly recommended.
The guys just left and we already have a roaring fire! Just moved in and boy are we glad we had Chim-safe our to clean the chimney.....it was completely blocked! They were prompt, clean and very professional!! I think they cleaned parts of the floor they didn’t get dirty! Not a surprise we had to wait to get them out with the level of service they offer! Thanks again!!!
