They could fix my fireplace that I have been waiting to be fixed since June! I called in June since I thought they would be slow then. It is now mid October and it is still not fixed. Tony never returns our calls, neither does their service man who gave us his phone number. I waited once for three weeks for them to show up and they say they can come on Friday, which I happened to have the day off for. I wish there was a star rating instead of recommend or not recommend because my experience wasn’t all bad with them in getting our hot tub. The salesman we worked with was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and helped us get the hot tub that was best for our budget. Also when the tub showed up the crew was professional and did a great job setting it up. However, the reason I’m not recommending Chim Chimney is because of how long it took to get our tub and the lack of an explanation. We purchased... read more

Purchased a new Marquis spa yesterday at a fantastic price only to find the customer care was even better as I was rung up Cam the salesman contacted the crane company. Cam had a spa coming to my house in 2 hours. The crane was even less than originally quoted $150 down from $250-$300. Great team Cam thanks again.
