This auto shop went above and beyond on repairing the front bumper of my Subaru Forester. They found I had a few more scratches to the different areas then I had previously seen and they ended up repairing the whole thing. They were great giving updates to the whole process and they completed the whole repair in less than 24 hours! I cannot recommend this body shop more!
Terrible experience just calling in. The woman on the phone had the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. Was told that they wouldn’t even TRY to help me with me car issue, and then was told that in general because my car is older I probably would not find a solution at all to my issue. No help, no compassion, no kindness. Negative experience overall will never recommend someone even call, let alone visit this establishment.
This body shop was fast, reliable, and did such a great job with my car! They replaced a rear bumper in just a couple days and matched the paint perfectly. My 13 year Miata NC has never looked better. The customer service goes over and beyond. Rika and her team took such great care of me and my car. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for car body repairs.
