We just had 48 units in our HOA painted. Ray and his crew went above and beyond. We have not had one complaint among the residents here. Ray answered all of our questions and gave us great advice on choosing colors and which types of paint to use. His crew was very friendly with our residents and helped if they needed help moving items. Thank you Chilson and Sons.

Ray did a wonderful job painting our new front door. The outside is a brown to match our house and the inside is white. Scott did a good job helping as well. Great attention. To detail and correct hoa colors. We highly recommend Ray Chilson and Sons Painting. If we need more painting we will call Ray.

We are very impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. The owner even went to the HOA standards office to clarify paint placement. They went above and beyond by coming back couple days later to help move heavy table back onto patio. We feel confident in recommending Chilson & Son

Ray Chilson responded to my call the same day I left a message.. I needed to have my garage door repainted within a short time period. He stopped by my house in Sun City West the next day, quoted me a very reasonable price, and within a few days, he completed the job himself because his crew was working elsewhere. He did a fantastic job and was very nice to do business with.
