Both doctors are amazing and have great bedside manner. Dr. Grimaud-Chilson diagnosed my child after countless other doctors could not find out what was going on with my daughter. I'm so thankful for her. We have answers and getting the appropriate medical care. She cares about her patients and all my children love her!
I have been going with my two children, now teenagers to Dr R Grimaud Chilson for more than 7 years. Never had a problem They are on top of appts, specialists appts, referrals and any tests. The nurse is immediately responsive to calls back and I cant say enough positive things about them. I have been to others in area and they treated my children not like a concerned patient but as a insurance check.
If you do go to this doctor (Dr. Grimaud Chilson), you have to watch her like a hawk! They do not keep adequate records of previous appointments. Even if you have a follow up appoinment, you have to "remind" her of the last appointment before you can proceed. Even with regards to diagnosis, treatments, medicines, and shots. They do not get permission or even inform you before they do anything to your child. I am switching doctors.
