I haven't been in for service at this location as I always went to the Cadott location (Chilson, Morries) for sales and service. Now you must go thru the online call center in Minnesota for service appointments and after three tries getting a message that someone will be contacting me no one did.. They messed up my 10 years of service history when they closed the Cadott location. When I dropped off backpacks for their charity drive no one even said ‘Hello’ just walked by me like I was a ghost.
