Don’t waste your money they rob overcharge blow shiners and charge you double the repairs to come fix their own leaks. You will notice how they turn the reviews to approve so they can see what they post about their company and delete it for anyone else. 25,000 dollars and two weeks later the roof is leaking like a siff. Had roof replaced. Was very impressed, pulled up with various equipment and about 10 man crew. Started about 9 am and finished about 3 pm. Didn't leave a spec of roofing debris anywhere. Job looked good. Then, about 2 years later was woke up in middle of the night with noises in the attic. Called pest control removal contractor, who informed me I had bats in the attic and they were getting in through the ridge vent on the roof, which was not properly replaced by Chilson Brothers Roofing. I asked him to find the source of a sporadic leak. He inspected the roof and found a possible area. He repaired and sealed the area. What I liked best was he didn't try to sell me anything. His price was reasonable .
Excellent communication and service. Went out of their way to be helpful and to get the job done right away. Really appreciate how seriously Chilson Brothers took my small repair. Highly recommend. I will be calling them for any future repairs. Thanks Wynn Chilson!
