We decided to try Chiloso because we wanted something different and hoped to find another local place we’d enjoy. Unfortunately, the customer service at the Royse City location was terrible. I entered through the clearly marked to-go door because I was ordering food to go. I stood there for quite some time while numerous employees behind the counter saw me, looked directly at me, and never once acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Delicious.
I’ve been here multiple times and every time has been excellent, but today was not that day. All of the employees had attitude and were very disrespectful to my family when ordering through the line.
