Very friendly/helpful staff
I’ve been eating a Chiloso for a long time, mostly when they were in Richardson and when I lived in Wylie. The Royse City location has the same good food, but lately the service is extremely bad. Like, we leave feeling like they think we are idiots or they are generally miserable at work. Not a good experience. Tonight was worse than ever, makes me feel like they have sold and got new owners or something? Pretty disappointing. I’ll just come less, not sure why anyone wants to treat their customers this way.
