First and last time coming here. The staff speaks extremely quietly. “Do we order here? Huh? What? Where?” I asked them to speak up and even tried speaking Spanish, but that didn’t get me anywhere. If you’re hard of hearing, good luck placing an order here. I ordered nachos, which were actually very good, but building them was difficult when I couldn’t hear what the employees were saying. Luis Flores went above and beyond providing the best customer service, to counter erect the manager Fidel from ruining our breakfast telling us we were not able to have our service federal animal that alerts me when to take my medication, and go outside to eat our food. I told the manager to call the police immediately rite now, this minute on this very second!! He said NO! I said of course you’re not! Their customer service is unmatched!!. I came and got my favorite bowl at 9:55PM and they were so sweet even willing to make more green sauce. They close at 10 and they always treat me friendly regardless!! Rate 10 out of 10 I would definitely recommend!!!
