Came here for lunch, good customer service, clean restaurant, food was warm, could be hotter(queso) but overall good experience.
Today 7/18/26 my husband was in Richardson and decided to bring me some food since this is new favorite spot. I get to enjoying my nachos and found a hair in the bottom of them. I’m so disgusted no one wants to find a hair in their food. We live in Desoto this is beyond frustrating because this food isn’t cheap. Something needs to be done asap about this because now I have to find something else to eat.
I love this place but the food quality has gone down over the years. Just found a piece of rather large hard plastic in my food. What if my child swallowed it? Very disappointed.
