I cannot say enough good things about the Chilly team. Our inside unit froze over and I thought for sure the blower was out. They were on-site the same day, but couldn't replicate the problem. The guy at our house called his senior person to make sure everything was good and then let us know that if it happens again, they will come out again at no charge. Incredible group... will be my go-to for a long time!
Called Chilly Air for a second opinion when another company said our system needed to be replaced. CA found a faulty switch and replaced it with a part in their truck. All fixed! Thousands saved!
