I called at 4:53 pm on a Sunday when our AC went out, and he arrived at 6:10, apologizing for being late. I had tried to diagnose the problem myself, after a quick check he told me I was right. Fixed the problem within 10 minutes, then checked the whole system in the house, and was good to go. When he was all done he told me he packed up the tools I still had out, and since the top drawer was open in my workbench with the perfect size for my socket set he put them back for me. Very genuine and trust worthy company!
My AC unit went out and I contacted Chilly Air Services. They came out the very next day first thing in the morning; Anthony, the repair person was 100% professional, courteous, he took care of the problem in about one hour. Everything was well well planned, coordinated, highly recommend. Thank you, Jesse for all of your wonderful help.
Once again Robin delivered great service. A regular customer receiving 2 services a year for fall and spring. Very reasonable after comparing. It's so nice to have a locally owned company run well with good service. Too many people & companies these days will try to take advantage of you. Chilly Air Services will not. Honest and well run company. Will continue to use them for all my A/C needs.
