Great service from Chilly Air! Shaun was friendly, professional, and quickly fixed my aircon's fan motor. Highly recommend for reliable replacements and repairs!
Replaced the wrong air conditioner that was working fine. Then only took $100 off replacing the actual correct air conditioner rather than at cost price or something. I wouldn’t use again or recommend due to lack attention detail. Was rude as well when chasing payment remaining 50% payment of the first aircon. I would give zero stars if this was an option. Taking advantage of their clients or are remote and not on site.
Had Ashton come and clean my aircons today. He was on time, professional and did an amazing job. No issues with his service and experience. The overall experience was amazing and I cant rate Ashton and Chilly Air enough. Will be using them again for my next clean.
