Had Ashton come and clean my aircons today. He was on time, professional and did an amazing job. No issues with his service and experience. The overall experience was amazing and I cant rate Ashton and Chilly Air enough. Will be using them again for my next clean.
Were very great to deal with. Fast response time and also upfront about what is best and needs to happen and when they can do it.
The unit wasn't sealed properly in the first place. Failed to provide instructions or warranty information. Rainwater got in. Paid for a warranty service to disclaim any responsibility. The service workers never dealt with a rooftop air con. Do not waste your money on them.
