Is there an option to give more than 5 stars for their service?? if so I would be glad to do so. Recently I booked tickets for my family for an international travel and I MUST admit that I never had such personalized service from any travel agency so far. From the first call to till I received my itinerary... such a classic " Extraordinary" service can only be found where someone knows the pulse of the Customer and want to " Serve" the Customer, rather than just doing business.. KB helped me with my ticket reservation and it has been a very pleasant experience. He was onto my request as soon as I emailed my details and provided me with options to look into. Very proactive and followed up after the reservations also. Far beyond my expectations. Its nice to interact with somebody who actually talks (hint to others in the field :-) ) and is really interested in helping you out. Will be back for sure.
After attempting the coming of age trend of booking a trip through a travel website I couldn't seem to find a reasonable price so I decided to go "old school" and search for a travel agent. On my friends suggestion I approached KB @ Chillix trips. ChillX was great to work with in finding best options in travel for my elderly father and made sure services such as wheelchair assistance were in the system at the time of booking. So at the time of check in it was a breeze! Excellent service!
