My service call was a little late, however, the representative made sure I was seen that day. Malik was my tech and he did a very thorough job off repairing and cleaning my furnace. He gave me information to keep it running at it's optimal performance. I decided to purchase a service plan based off his recommendations. I would use this service again and Malik!!! Great service.
