I am so very sorry that I used this company to install my furnace and central air unit. I have had nothing but problems since. The unit is 4 years old and we have had one issue after another every year! So this year, I paid for the so called tune up done Jan. 3, 2015. Of course, it came back with no issues. I had Chilltrol come out today to repair a Carrier Heat Pump that is only 7 years old. The technician that came out was very courteous that is why I gave a one star rating. The finding was a Freon leak on the outside unit which was caused by wires shorting against the piping for the compressor. My question to the service manager was how does this happen when wires are normally tied down by manufacturers and the only people that have ever been in the unit were Chilltrol technician to replace the Compressor 3 years ago.
