I had them service my AC system because the house felt damp and uncomfortable even with the thermostat set to 72. The technician spent about 20 minutes here, said everything looked “normal,” and left. He didn’t even check the humidity levels or inspect the drain line. It’s been a week, and nothing has improved. If your AC isn’t pulling moisture from the air, it’s not working right. I expected someone to actually troubleshoot, not just do a quick check and walk out. Not worth the service fee, and no follow-up at all.
Great experience! Contacted Richard and he was able to get someone out to my property same day. Tyler was excellent he figured out the problem quick, answered my question and got the system up and running again. The prices were fair, I would definitely use this company again for future AC service needs.
Trey came out and finished setting up my Mini Split system. Opened the freon valve, made sure the lines were not leaking and that everything was working properly. Great Job! Fair Price. Thank you!
