Reroofing of our complex started a month early with two days notice, which resulted in request for payment early as well. The threat of rising costs due to coming "tariffs" was used as a sales tactic. Equipment was plugged into my power for multiple days without permission right at my back door, creating all day stress for my dog with the continuous noisy equipment running right outside our patio/dinning/living room door.
