I have been there a couple times to take care of business and they were polite and as I was polite,you get what you give.These people there are not our employees,they have to go through a process and can only do their Jobs.You should be glad they are there, otherwise a lot of people would not have the assistance they need.

.well...my first time at this office, when we walked in the guard ,greeted us, ask if we had a weapon, or cell phone ? And told us to sign in,waited one hour,was told on the phone we wouldn't have to wait...The worker i had was GREAT ,I didn't get his name, he was very kind and polite!

I talked to a gentleman ( Robert ) on the 16th of April. He was very, very helpful. He answered all my questions being new to S.S. He also made an appointment for the 23rd of April. The Lady that helped me a so nice and very helpful. Also answered all my questions. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. Thank you both.
