We have had no issues and customer service has been great for 10+ years. Love how it is with all the businesses. Easier to get to and don't have to go out of the city.

I have been a customer for over 2 years and I have always been given Friendly service from the staff and if I call and don't get an answer they immediately call me back.I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I rented a unit from July to November. The "locked" gate was not functional for 3 of those months. When I asked the owner/manager I got a very rude response back. I should have got a discount due to my items not being secured. During the time the gate was down, my friend had a trailer stolen from the property. I kept mouse poison and roach bait out to prevent unwanted guest, as I was unpacking there was still roaches and rats in my items. 10 out 10 would not recommend.

I have had my storage unit here for a few months now and not only are they very conveniently located but they are easy to get ahold of for questions and quick to help with suggestions. I had asked about storing cardboard and wood and they were very helpful in suggesting I put pallets down so that if any moisture were to gather from the concrete my belongings wouldn’t get moist in any way.
