Terrible people. Doing terrible buisness. What a way to start a new year in the midwest in the middle of winter. With your power getting shut off. Clearly they arent willing to work with or contact you before letting you freeze. Way to show you DO NOT care about anything other than a lil $$. Ranging into abuse of power an bully category. If 0 was an option. Thats what y'all deserve.
Very impersonal and unacceptable level of service or support. I have lived in several larger cities with utility companies with far more customers, but they were able to achieve excellent customer service, prompt repairs, prompt addressing of trees that were hitting the power lines, and were even understanding when life circumstances happened.
