Avoid at all cost when it come renting units from them. They say they're there to help but in reality they're not. Their unit are slumlord updated (Look nice but done cheaply) thing will break all the time they fix it just for it to not actually be fixed just to rebreak or they'll enter your until without notice. They refused to update our lease multiple time said they'd do payment arrangements then back track and say they can't. Wouldn't rent from these people if they was the last people in the planet adds fees and cancels repayment agreements when payed two hundred dollars higher than what the rent is very shady business
Wouldn’t recommend them for “help” put my fiance and I either our 1 year old in the smallest one bedroom I’ve ever seen our room we can’t even walk in after setting beds up sad
