Five stars! Dr.Ritchie and her staff are all awesome.
Dr. Ritchie and staff were great. Staff was very friendly. The process of ordering glasses and contacts were easy. They were very informative on what insurance would and would not cover. We would recommend this team to friends and family. The facility was very clean and wait times minimal.
Everyone was very professional and very kind. The prices for glasses, very reasonable and not overpriced. Overall, it was a very good first visit.
I was nervous for my appt. just because I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in awhile, and the staff were welcoming, made me feel comfortable, and were super speedy. Highly recommends Chillicothe Eye Care!
I had a great experience at Chillicothe Eye Care! I was a first time patient and my visit was pretty quick and effective. The girls were so sweet! Someone helped me pick out glasses and nobody was judgmental in any way. I will be going back and recommending to family and friends!!
