I had a chill pedi and the treatment was terribly underwhelming. The people at the front desk and cafe were very nice and we made good small talk while I waited. Once my tech picked me up, she hardly ever spoke to me. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt and think maybe she was having a bad day. I had a really disappointing experience here. This was my first time getting a manicure and pedicure at this salon, and I specifically got my nails done for my birthday. Unfortunately, they didn’t even last until my birthday. Within ONE DAY of the manicure, the nails started coming off. I ended up having to remove the rest, and two days later one of my natural nails was extremely painful and had dark discoloration underneath it. Omg Eric and Ashley were incredible and gave the most amazing massages! From the moment you walk in, you are blown away by the design and aesthetic of the space. The therapists professionalism, the cleanliness and overall relaxing environment of the rooms were absolute perfection. Throughly enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. My appointment was with Olga, unfortunately. I wanted a basic micro French manicure, but the lines were inconsistent and not very clean. I also asked for an almond shape and ended up with something much more pointed, closer to stiletto. Some of my nails were also filed crooked…. My biggest concern was that I told the nail tech I had a cut on my ring finger and showed it to her, yet she still wrapped that finger in foil and acetone to remove my gel. THE BEST FACIAL EVER! Delaney Love is the absolute best. I’ve been getting facials with her for a few years now and she truly makes my skin so healthy, glowy, and she gives the best product recs. The Chillhouse salon is such a vibe with the recent remodel and the cafe is so cute! The drinks are refreshing and the snacks are delicious. I love my time at Chillhouse!
