Check their work. Preventative maintenance “performed” on AC units. I do not think they expected me to climb on the roof to review after receiving a completion report. No cleaning had been done and filters were not changed as reported.
Good luck with these people! After 3/4 broken promises to have a tech come and service our chiller over a months period of time (By Rebecca) . We were told by the manager that they are basically booked for the year and don't need new customers! This information would have been very useful if offered upfront rather that after we waited over a month for the promised tech to show up.

I’ve never used this business, but this driver has earned them one star. Yesterday, in a grocery store parking lot in Westminster, they decided that Stop signs didn’t apply to them, and nearly made a left turn into the side of my car. Then I watched them make a lane change, without a turn signal, nearly hitting someone else, driving northbound on Sheridan Blvd.
