Preeti is otherwise personable and does well at solid color and haircut. However I am deeply frustrated with her with highlighting skills. Today I had a negative experience where my highlights were made too light (blonde) and unnatural looking for Indian skin and hair. This is the opposite of what I asked; I like more natural and subtler highlights. When I explained to her, she became defensive and tried to convince me that it looks fine and natural.
