I can't thank Jamie, Rick and the VIC driver enough for what they did for me recently. I lost my beautiful Burmese cat to heart disease and needed to get her up to QLD from VIC for Pet Preservation. Jamie explained all the steps and reassured me that they would make sure that Mysti got there in the package in dry ice safely.
