If you want to be disappointed, irritated and frustrated then this firm is for you! Just about everything that was replaced in my home (air purifier, AC and Furance) by this contractor have all had problems within 6 - 8 months of the installation. I have reached out to this HVAC contractor numerous times and never received a callback much less the service that I needed. I had to pay another HVAC contractor to fix the issues at hand and was without heat for almost a month. Take my advise, don't waste your money :-(.

These guys did great work for us on short notice at height of Austin summer. They guaranteed their work (recharge packs to resuscitate an aging compressor) with discounts if it went out over next 6 months. I will use them again when (not if) my compressor goes out this summer.

Bryce is the best. He is always on the go and always makes sure you're taken care of. One of the hardest working, honest business owners I know. If you need HVAC help in Austin or Round Rock you should absolutely call him first!

I've scheduled 3 appointments with Chill Out and all 3 times no one showed up and no one called. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
