The nail inspo vs what i got Annie did a really good job with my nails, even recommended what colors worked better than from what i had initially chosen. Always/kept asking if everything was okay or if i liked what she was doing with the design. Very kind and professional and i love the outcome. This is my birthday set ♡

Annie at Chill Nails is an absolute gem! Her warmth and professionalism were unmatched from the moment I sat in her chair. She took the time to really understand the type of nails I have and tailored the service perfectly—something that’s surprisingly hard to find in LA. Not only did my nails turn out flawless, but the entire experience felt personalized and relaxing. Annie is a true pro, and I can’t wait to book with her again!

Much better than anything in the neighborhood. With a trip to the salon being so expensive, it's nice to be treated respectfully and given a set of nails you can be proud of. Even better they are timely, and still have massage chairs. The lack of massage in other places makes chill even more appealing. From a nail girly we need to find a way to convince these salons that we are loyal when treated well. No need to nickel and dime people. Unfortunately I've given this place so many chances, & they disappoint every time. Although the nail tech gets the job done, I've had to wait 30-40 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment the last 4 times I've gotten a fill here. The way the front desk handles this is extremely unprofessional - instead of calling to let you know how late they are running or at least letting you know once you get there so you can plan accordingly, they continuously move you around & give you things to do to make it feel like your appointment ... read more

Wanted to really like this place , I even returned a few times after Leaving unsatisfied. The first few times every thing was perfect. The older male tech working here is so quick and makes sure he does his job perfectly! Everyone else not so much. 2 weeks ago I came in for a Gel manicure and asked for a French tip and square nail with rounded corners and I still had to go home and file them.
