This was my first time getting my nails done. It was such a great experience. Everyone there was so welcoming and polite. The prices are affordable and they do their best to make sure you are satisfied. Jenny made great conversation and was so patient with giving suggestions. I will definitely be coming back.
My poorly done French Tip peeled off after a week and completely broke my nails off. They refused to take any accountability and blamed me. Gave some unserious explanation about my wearing gel extensions. Gel is supposed to make your polish last and your nails get stronger. The guy was an idiot that could barely speak English! I will never return to this raggedy, over priced place ever and I luv next door. I can't support places that don't stand by their work.
The nail inspo vs what i got Annie did a really good job with my nails, even recommended what colors worked better than from what i had initially chosen. Always/kept asking if everything was okay or if i liked what she was doing with the design. Very kind and professional and i love the outcome. This is my birthday set ♡
Annie at Chill Nails is an absolute gem! Her warmth and professionalism were unmatched from the moment I sat in her chair. She took the time to really understand the type of nails I have and tailored the service perfectly—something that’s surprisingly hard to find in LA. Not only did my nails turn out flawless, but the entire experience felt personalized and relaxing. Annie is a true pro, and I can’t wait to book with her again!
Unfortunately I've given this place so many chances, & they disappoint every time. Although the nail tech gets the job done, I've had to wait 30-40 minutes after my SCHEDULED appointment the last 4 times I've gotten a fill here. The way the front desk handles this is extremely unprofessional - instead of calling to let you know how late they are running or at least letting you know once you get there so you can plan accordingly, they continuously move you around & give you things to do to make it feel like your appointment ... read more
