The worst customer care I've experienced, and I've never ever in my life wrote a bad review. My wife and I came 3 months ago for cryo session, asked to pay that one and see if it works for us, but were specifically told by a girl (who was very helpful/kind btw) that we can cancel any time before the next month cycle. Now, month passed, we used it several times, but next month we get charged without using it and we call in - guy says "sorry, you'll be charged 3 months minimum regardless"!
