I came in with my daughter today. The employees failed to greet us and were talking amongst themselves. I had to let them know we were ready to order. I ordered a turtle, and my daughter ordered the unicorn sundae (kiddie size). Our total was almost $11. I had to bring back mine because the ice cream tasted funky, and sour. The girl was rather rude about it and offered me some vanilla ice cream with hot fudge, with no apologies. I got very little but it was ok. Not worth the $4.75 that I paid for the turtle. I don't go out for ice cream very often but I really wanted a shake and chill and grill certainly delivered. They will make any of their ice cream into a shake and not just the regular chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. Great place, competitive prices.
