These people are frauds and liars. They kept me waiting for hours and never showed up. I needed a simple AC repair for my disabled brother's home, and they repeatedly lied about their arrival time and then said that if I wanted them to show up that I would have to pay substantially more than what they quoted over the phone for the service call. Be warned about doing business with these people.
I am very unhappy with the service I receive on August 14, 2015 from this company Chill Factor A/C & Heat Repair, the technician and Stan the owner. I called them from a Craig’s list add. They did not honor my request by telling me how much Freon that they install in my two air conditioning unit to assure me that it was full and will run efficient. When I asked the question it was avoided. I was overcharged for Freon R410 and my air conditioning is freezing up on the three ton unit and the two ton unit is barely cooling. I g... read more
