Delicious, innovative, and limited edition ice cream flavors with waffle chips. Not your standard ice cream. Worth a try! They were so friendly and let me try each of the British limited flavors first - and I loved the Earl Grey and the miso soft toffee pudding ice cream. So good.
Awful experience. Drove 30 minutes to try their ice cream, only to be mocked by the staff. When I asked twice to confirm if they had a specific flavor, a young male employee literally laughed in my face. The customer service here is non-existent. There are far better ice cream places nearby with better quality and staff who actually treat customers with respect. Management seriously needs to look into staff training here.
The best part was the stickers for sale. This was my first visit and I hoped for better but it was disappointing. The ice cream tasted like it had freezer burn, the hot fudge looked like motor oil. It was an expensive inedible disaster that went into the trash.
