I am beyond mortified at my experience with this restaurant. I made a reservation for 24 people to celebrate my sons 30th birthday. I confirmed the reservation the week of. The ladies seemed so nice! I showed up from out of town with a limo and few more cars. To discover the restaurant was CLOSED!!! I was not contacted at ALLLL!!! I had phoned for a pick-up order, but it went to voicemail, so I drove into town. Hostess said they were too busy for takeout orders so I asked if I could have a seat, and she generously sat me at a railside countertop, which I had to myself! Awful experience ! The service was terrible. The waitress never checked on us and we had to hunt her down for plates, silverware and refills. The food took over an hour and 2 of our orders were incorrect. We ordered the salmon cooked well done and it was barely cooked and placed on a bed of poorly cut romaine. At the end of the dinner we e realized they charged us for items we never ordered as well as the items we never received because they forgot them. Due to being extremely short staffed thanks to Governor Murphy's unemployment supplement & no one willing to work, your food, and many other customers food, did take much longer than expected. When the fire alarm goes off, we must evacuate immediately whether there is a fire or not.
