This was my first experience with a chiropractor and to say I was nervous would be a massive understatement. Both Sydney amd Bruce took the time to walk through each individual movement and exercise before doing them helping relax me just abit. Over the course of the last number of weeks I have had mutiple appointments each one leaving my back feeling a little better and less stiff. If you are in pain and a chiropractor can help do not hesitate to reach out to these guys. Certainly happy I did!!

I saw Dr Bruce for some chronic pain issues and I have to say that he performed once of the best adjustments I have had in 30 years of seeing multiple chiropractors. He was pleasant and I felt welcome right away. He is very knowledgeable and the initial assessment was very thorough. During the treatment he massaged areas of tightness before adjusting which was very nice and helped me to relax. He was very good about explaining everything and sent me home with simple exercises.
