Ordered 2- 10 oz sirloin meals, had to send back steaks twice still overcooked (ordered rare) , steaks were a whiteish color and maybe cooked med. Manager compted 1 meal but blamed the steaks and not the new cook and never came to speak to us at all, horrible experience . Not going back for quite awhile if at all, reminded me of Applebee's ( haven't been in years), server was great and embarrassed. And normally they are great ,cooked just right.
5 stars all around, the staff is wonderful! The food comes out fast and fresh. This place is awesome!
Customer service I always terrible, especially when you have a to-go order. You literally have to call someone out of the kitchen to get your food, which is sitting near them getting cold. They will see you and just keep walking. When you dine in the wait staff is not bad.
