Over an hour and a half and still no food. When asked to speak to a manager, food magically started coming to the table (too late at this point) “manager” Tony said he wasn’t a line cook when asked why it took so long. I’m not a manager but if your short handed or behind on food in the kitchen you as a manger jump in and help out wherever the heck you can. If you want slow service and rude customer service then this is definitely the place for you!

Customer service is great!
Sorry but I didn’t love this chili’s. The one in South Jersey is so much better. Very disappointed with the Cajun pasta. Tasted like a kids Mac n cheese. Our waitress Gina was very nice.
