OK the CHILI'S in Hialeah SUCKS!!!!!!! Service was horrible - food was without flavor and the floors are filthy! I will never go back to that location. I'll stay in Doral next time... It's a mess there -
I suppose because it was a Big Day being Father's day it was busy. However, the desert was served. No plates was served until another 8 mins. My daughter observed they were dirty and called one of the supervisor. He apologized and took them and retured with new ones. The meal was later served but the plates and serving from the desert was left on our table and once again had to call for its removal. Service in general was not 100 % professional.
