this location never has good food its always overcooked the service is slow the staff is rude never again!
I called Friday 8/28 about my party that I was bringing because in some restaurants it’s busy and they took my name and number as a reservation. On Saturday 8/29 we got at the restaurant 5 minutes earlier then the time said and the host said they didn’t do reservations then continued to talk bad about us to the manager in front of us. Then I get a text of a reminder about our reservation today. Definitely would not recommend this place to bring a group of people.

Hostess was so rude! She went as far as walking away with another server/hostess talking about us right in front of us. Which a member of our party called her out on. She even mouthed off to manager when she was told to sit us in overflow room. We had called and made reservations the day before so that it would not be a problem... this is my second time going to Chili's since the pandemic now I don't know if it's just me but good health is really hard to find in the servers at Chili's on Wheatland is horrible and I do not recommend this to anyone The manager is sorry The waiters are lazy they never once came to ask us if you wanted to refill on my drinks the tables was dirty I watched our server serve everybody asked everyone else around us if they needed anything else but he did not come to my table not one time but to take my order and my food was c... read more
Recommendedgreat food & good service
I usually order chips and salsa to go and have no problem with the amount I get. Today was not the case. Each one of the small purple to go cups was half full. If that’s the case they could have gave me the regular size. Have been wanting this and now I’m very disappointed.
Service very slow dirty inside men restroom needed cleaning as will the dining area
