In my experience, Kristof proved to be unreliable and couldn't commit to what I thought would be an easy sink unclog/repair. He didn't show up at our original time, and made the excuse that I didn't provide my address which I had clearly stated to him over the phone. I tried rescheduling with him and provided my address again, and got no response to confirm our plan to meet yet he showed up expecting me to be on the same page and present/prepared to have my sink looked at, which I wasn't.
