I called to get an appointment for my annual and they told me that I would be coming in with a REMOTE doctor! What kind of BS is that! Dr. Brown has nothing until March but I can’t wait that long because I need new glasses and Dr. Chute doesn’t do annual exams anymore. My friend did a REMOTE appointment and they told her she had 20/20 vision which she did not! This is ridiculous

been going past 8 years, Excellent service. Staff extremely helpful. From eye exams to fitting, attention to detail is top notch.

I LIKE THE DOCTOR BUT OFFICE STAFF ARE NOT HELPFUL. GAVE INSURANCE CARD TO FRONT DESK WAS TOLD ALL WOULD OWE IS THE COPAY. GOT A BILL LATER - CALLED TO FIND OUT THEY ARE A OUT OF NETWORK DOCTOR SO NOW OWE MORE MONEY. ASKED WHY NOT TOLD AT FRONT DESK THEY APOLOGIZED AND WOULD LOOK INTO IT. THAT PERSON LEFT AND NOW BILLED YEAR LATER FOR 139.00 AND WAS TOLD NOTHING COULD BE DONE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING UNLESS YOU CHECK FIRST WITH INSURANCE FIRST TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE NOT SURPRISED WITH A BILL FOR MORE MONEY. HAVE BEEN GOING T... read more

This is more a review of Chili Vision Group (who I know) versus Pamela J Brown, OD (who I don't know). First the roses: I had been an eye patient for Dr. Baskin for many years and I hope he has continued to be healthy/happy in retirement. I saw my wife's eye doctor this time (Shruti Pandya, OD) and found her to be competent, detailed, and open to explanations. I've had good luck with the doctors here.
