I got there tiday at 4:30 waited for a Hostess and none ever came for 6 min i walked over to the dining area seem 1server on left 1 on the righter neither addressed me they kept to what they were dong talking. I went back to the entrance, wIted 2 min walked out and left hungry.this is the 3rd time i left with bad service.

My Chili’s on Two-notch rd Columbia SC is awesome. The servers and the food are always excellent. Chili’s is penciled in to my calendar at least once a month🤗
Every time I get food for this location my food is always wrong. Last week my burger wasn't done was we got cold fries. This week my food is cold my burger is not done and missing pickles and bacon. When I call the say oh well send your something in the mail but I never get anything. Who want to spend money on cold food and a burger I can't eat. Something has to give.

was there there an hour before I got my drink not to mention it was 15 min before I ever got asked for my drink order and the food cooked wrong it was horrid I have never sent food back until last night tonight. Even the manager on duty was rude and seemed not to care
Ordered the fajitas.. I got my food probably 10 minutes after the rest of my table. It was missing my second side which I never got. I had the steak and the shrimp fajitas. The steak was so chewy I couldn't bite through it and I had to chew for like 5 minutes to even be able to swallow it.. The shrimp were okay but it definitely wasn't worth the money. What a waste.
