Twice now my bf and I have ordered chili’s through bite squad and both times we were missing items from our order. Called the location and after being on hold forever was just told to call the bite squad and never got our full order. #stillwaitingformychips

We just picked up a Togo order. It took 20 Minutes to be noticed standing inside. Then when we tried to pay the manager didn’t know how to use the gift cards we had. The asparagus has absolutely no seasoning and barely cooked. It was so good the last time we had it. The queso is burnt and it made the cheese totally separate. What a waste Disgusting. So sad. What is happening at chili’s. This is the second time we ordered from them and it was terrible. Two strikes and you are out!
Very bland food, typical chain restaurant. Didn’t have all the items that were on the menu either. Won’t be going back.
Absolutely terrible. Service sucks. Walked out after 15 minutes of sitting at the table without any service.

I’ve always had great service at this Chili’s, but Larry is the best server in the business. He always takes such good care of us. Fast, efficient, friendly, and gets it right every time. This Chili’s has the best food of any of the ones I’ve eaten at.
Service was slow, and our drinks went empty for a while. But our food was hot, correct and delicious.
