TLDR: Pubic hair painted into bathroom walls, rodents in the ceilings, a roof leak, personal property vandalized, apartments rotting away as rent keeps increasing. Let’s start with the move-in process. I was promised new carpets before moving in, but that never happened. The carpets were clearly old, torn, and of poor quality. Lived here for around a year. My closet door that was obviously not securely installed fell onto my purifier one night and the door was damaged. I called maintenance the next day which he came and put the door back up now I’m being charged for the damage. Spoke with Micheal about it and he said he would speak with Dan and never got a call or email from them about this but received a bill once again. I lived there 20 years and everything kept going down the drain, my brother in law still lives there and maintenance is none existant unless you are a rude ,persistent complainer and hound them relentlessly. It was getting that way before I moved out. After 5 years if you want it repaint, they give you paint to do it yourself. Stay away!
