I loved living in Chili heights, my son and I live there for 2 years and they're just awesome
I lived there 20 years and everything kept going down the drain, my brother in law still lives there and maintenance is none existant unless you are a rude ,persistent complainer and hound them relentlessly. It was getting that way before I moved out. After 5 years if you want it repaint, they give you paint to do it yourself. Stay away!

Everyone was super friendly during the move in and the apartment is super nice! everything is up to date and new!
The atmosphere is quiet and nice. The staff is very friendly as well. Imo I think this is a good place to live.
