Today was my first visit to this practice and I was extremely pleased with the entire experience! The staff made me feel welcome, respected, and un-rushed. The cleaning by the hygienist and the exam by the dentist were both very thorough and painless. The ceiling TV video was a surprise amenity. I highly recommend this practice!
My experience was wonderful. I was running behind and received a very pleasant courtesy call. When I arrived I was greatly warmly and called for my cleaning not long after my arrival. My hygienist: Caitlyn was warm, welcoming and full of energy. She engaged with me very professionally as we talked through my medical history then cleaned my teeth carefully and thoroughly. The doctor examined me afterwards and was equally warm, polite, professional and kind, forgiving my copay for the day due to miscommunication.
We had such a great experience at Chili Family Dental, especially bringing our 2-year-old toddler for their first dental visit! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. They did an amazing job making our little one feel comfortable and keeping the visit positive and stress-free.
I was nervous having my cleaning with a new hygienist after my long time hygienist relocated. Ashley was AMAZING!!!! Gentle and thorough with a soft and calming demeanor. I've never had such an in depth exam and cleaning before and felt great when I left! The doctors are comprehensive, honest, and genuinely caring. This office takes care of its people!!
