Preface: I spent 8 months in Chile some 18 years ago. I saw a show on youtube called Gringolandia that reminded me of the Completo. Today: I just ate 3 items there. Sort of my homage to yummy things Chilean. To start, I had their Completo, (a Chilean hot dog). For my second item, I had a Chacarero (sliced beef with string bean sandwich).
