Chili Verde was a pleasant surprise for a solid meal in the Polaris area. The restaurant is in front of Costco on Gemini Place. The menu is unique compared to "traditional" Mexican restaurants focusing on New Mexico style dishes. The actual meal was very tasty with large portions. This was a worthwhile stop.
Just came from Chili Verde and it was Awesome! The salsa was the best I've ever had! The Fajita tacos were da "bomb". The service was outstanding! You won't be disappointed! Wish we lived closer! I'd be there at least once a week!! Great job!!!👍👍

The food came quickly, but both the enchilada and the chili reillono seemed to have been reheated or sat under a heat lamp for a very long time . Both the sides, beans and rice, were a disappointment. Won’t be back.
