Before my son was even diagnosed with ASD and SPD, my mom gut felt like my 14 mo old son was living in his own little world that could be accessed by me, I just didn't know how. Rae has been an absolute gift to our family. Our daughter Molly has had severe SID practically from birth. This year, after a punctured ear drum, her tactile defensiveness became so debilitating to Molly that we described her as often holding us hostage due to her inability to get comfortable in clothing. I am not sure where to start. Rae is by far the best of any therapist that we have encountered for our son over the last 9 years. She is brilliant, kind, understanding, and empathetic. She gets down to the child's level and can just completely relate to them. Rae is there for you when you need her, she will go above and beyond. She is so knowledgable in so many different areas that you get way more than just an OT. She is not just a therapist, she is your friend and for me she was the answer to our prayers:)
